Halfshare.com leaves nothing to guesswork when it comes to your vacation home. Once you have found a suitable co-owner, both parties are given halfshare.com's exclusive Tenants-in-Common Agreement, which formalizes all legal concerns regarding the rights and responsibilities of each co-owner. It spells out what is expected in terms of financial arrangements, seasonal time sharing, rental revenues, re-sale, property maintenance and repair, among other pertinent details.
